Chief Creative Officer & Co-founder

Thomas oversees continued improvements in the ColorGradr tools as well as grading some of the world's biggest series & movies at his company The Look. His color grading credits include Day of the Jackal, Department Q, Sex Education, Top Boy, Gangs of London, Fleabag, We Live In Time and many more. "I genuinely think ColorGradr is a unique tool for anyone working at any level. I've used it on major series to quickly neaturalise footage coming from set in the wrong colour temperature as well as to balance archival and stock material quickly. Charles leads the R&D team at ColorGradr. He is one of the world's leading video image software designers. Charles was the lead software architect of the multilayer grading timeline in the Quantel & Grass Valley Rio editing and color correction system. He has an excellent understanding of image manipulation and color science and has built indepth and unique algorithms for ColorGradr which allow it to achieve color balancing, white balance and exposure correction. The best part is that it's corrections can be used live in the native software. This is why its trusted by leading organisations, editors and colorists around the world
